ESA Model UV Curing Systems has been designed as compatible with wide web offset and roll to roll flexo printing machines, works at different dimensions and properties. They can be fixed behind to each color unit or output of last color unit.

- UV lamp unit is cooled by a high performance air-cooler has special air flow channels.
- Wide of curing between 60 and 170 cm.
- Owing to have a special designed aluminum reflector, it has infrared (heat) absorption and efficiency of UV energy at maximum.
- Automatic shutter system to close reflector unit in case of power.
- Fast and easy replacing of UV lamp.
- Automatic adjustment of fan speed due to changing of lamp working power.
- Automatic stepless adjustment of lamp power due to the speed of printing machine.
