SC Model HIGH-MAX UV curing systems with conveyor has been designed as compatible with screen printing machines at different dimensions and brands as be able to be fixed to output of printing machine.
General Features
- UV lamp unit is cooled by a high performance air-cooler has special air flow channels.
- Owing to have a special designed aluminum reflector, it has infrared (heat) absorption and efficiency of UV energy at maximum.
- 30-200 cm wide for printing and curing.
- Fast and easy replacing of UV lamp.
- Step control or stepless liner (optional) power unit.
- Frequency control unit by Manuel or automatic conveyor speed adjustment by connected to printing machine.
- In case of stopping of line, the lamp unit rises up pneumatically to protect the surface and teflon conveyor belt from heat.
- Separate cooling fan for each lamps and vacuum fan are for base cooling.
- Electrical control panel is well connected with machine to form a compact design and easy maintenance.
- Optional quartz heat filter, PLC and touch screen.
