DSW Model Water-cooled UV Curing system has been designed as compatible with roll to roll flexo and web-offset printing machines at different dimensions and brand. They can be fixed behind to each color unit or output of last color unit.
General Features
The cooling of UV lamp unit has been provided by water circulation. The suction of ozone gas and excess of from UV lamp has been controlled by a special high performance air flow. By this mean, the possible deformation due to high temperature on surface is removed.
Printing and curing wide is 60-160 cm.
The lamp power is between 160-200 W/cm.
Owing to have a special designed aluminum reflector, it has infrared (heat) absorption and efficiency of UV energy at maximum.
Automatic shutter system to close reflector unit in case of power.
Fast and easy replacing of UV lamp.
